Today, nearly every job requires a basic understanding of computers and many involve intermediate to advanced computer skills. Besides that information technology has made huge task easier to do and large amounts of data easier to process. It has transformed and enhanced the world completely.
In such a technology-centric world, the trio of Benchumo Murry (24), Toka Kits (31) and Kekhrie Usou (36) came up with an idea of setting up their own IT start- up firm business and established ‘CONCLAVE’ based in Dimapur in 2017.
Benji, who did his BCA degree from ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN), always had the knack and skill in programming languages since school days and although being the youngest amongst the three, he leads the programming and graphic designing works.
Toka also completed his BCA from IUN after returning from Hyderabad with a 3 year corporate work experience at Amazon. He is now is the content & design analyst at CONCLAVE.
Kekhrie oversees the marketing and operations. He also possesses the most working experience both in public and private sector. His holds a master degree in commerce, combined with a wealth of work experience in corporate sectors, in Delhi and Nagaland and he ensures that the team efficiently operates to its full potential.
The trio states that they consider their greatest professional achievement based on positive feedback from the clients. “Our commitment to client satisfaction drove us to be flexible and cater to as many client requirements as possible,” they stated.
Talking about the challenges the team face in their business, they share that some clients assumes a website can be designed and built within a fortnight in a meager amount. “This leads to under appreciation of the type of work… however, the business grows each day due to the support of the clients,” they maintained.
“People often misconstrue legal partnership deeds as a complex framework but it should remain solely to the discretion and preference,” the trio stated while sharing their thought on handling business partnership.“CONCLAVE never faced any difficulty agreeing on mutual terms of the business partnership since all three have the same ideology, vision and business objectives.”
“Besides being business partners, we are the best of friends and support each other even in personal lives as well,” they stated.
Their friendship and business partnership shares a parallel progress. They equally distribute work and manage their recently opened printing & stationary shop at Kuda Village. “Business partnership should neither be controlled nor enforced but it should be enjoyed and privileged,” they added.
