New Delhi, September 12 (MExN): All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary KC Venugopal MP carried out a reshuffle of the party organisation on Friday, removing General Secretary in-charge of Nagaland Luizinho Faleiro and appointed Kuljit Singh Nagra in his place.
Nagra will also take charge of Sikkim and Tripura, along with Nagaland.
“My humble thanks to @INCIndia President Smt Sonia Gandhi ji,Sh. @RahulGandhi ji and Sh. @kcvenugopalmp ji for choosing me for this esteemed responsibility as Incharge of @INCTripura ,@INCNagaland @INCSikkim and as a CWC member I will try my best to live upto your expectations,” Nagra tweeted on Saturday. The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee also took to Twitter to congratulate Nagra and thanked Faleiro “for his constant support and guidance during his long years of association.”
