Kohima, July 14 (DIPR): North Eastern Council, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Government of India is holding a Consultative Meeting with the Secretaries and Directors of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Departments and Departments of Cooperation of all the 8 (eight) North Eastern States at the Conference Hall, NEDFi Ltd, Guwahati, Assam on July 19 at 11.00 AM. The meeting will be chaired by Member, NEC, C. K. Das. The meeting has been organized at a very appropriate time in the North Eastern Region to discuss on various aspects of Milk Production, Dairy Technology, Problem of Milk Producers and their federations and the management aspects of Milk Processing and Distribution in the region. The meeting will be coordinated by Adviser (Agriculture and Horticulture), NEC, M. Iboyima Meitei and CMD, NEDFi, B. Paul Muktih as stated in a press release from NEC.
