Consumer awareness programme held at Chozuba

CHOZUBA, JUNE 17 (MExN): A consumer awareness programme was organised by the Department of Legal Metrology and Consumer Protection, Government of Nagaland, in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Phek, at Government Higher Secondary School, Chozuba, on June 17. Mezivolu T. Therieh, District & Sessions Judge and Chairperson of DLSA, Phek, served as the resource speaker. She was joined by penal lawyer Sekhotso Rokha who presented key features of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 during an interactive session. The programme was chaired by penal lawyer Keneinuo Swuro. The welcome address was delivered by Principal Sedukholu Thisa and the keynote address by Assistant Controller Shiekhozo Rhakho.
