
Dimapur, January 21 (MExN): Nagaland team is building up a huge total in the last Group-D league match of the ongoing Cooch Behar Trophy U-19 (Boys) against Arunachal Pradesh.
At stumps on Day –I at Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima, Nagaland were in command posting a total of 363 for 5 in 90 overs.
Nagaland's captain, Joshua Ozukum was the highest scorer of the day with 125 runs while his teammate Rishabh put another 100 runs in the tally.
Shamphri also scored an half-century while Aditya was batting at 44 when the match stopped for the day.
Earlier, Nagaland won the toss and decided to bat. Shashank Verma took 4 wickets for Arunachal Pradesh. The match will continue on Day-2.
So far, Nagaland has already defeated Meghalaya, Sikkim, Pudduchery, Manipur and Mizoram in the league matches. The team had suffered just a single defeat in the hands of Uttrakhand.
