Mon, September 12 (MExN): On the occasion of Poshan Maah, a programme was organised by ICDS Wakching Block on September 11at council hall, Wakching Town. The programme was chaired by Polem, Coordinator and held under the theme ‘Providing of locally available nutritious food to the Children’. Polem stressed on the importance of nutrition and COVID-19 awareness. 5 SHGs participated in the programme, according to DIPR report. Wannya Konyak of Mongshei Khung SHG Wakching Chingla emerged as winners of the cooking competition, which was judged by Wanshon Konyak KNSK President Wakching Town and Pelong Konyak, women leader Wakching Town Baptist Church.
