DIMAPUR, MAY 25 (MExN): For the first time in the history of Nagas, 10 Nagas from Cosyne Career Institute excelled in international Microsoft Professional Exams, which lead to the most important Microsoft Certifications.
“These successful candidates have proven to the world that, Nagas are in par with the rest of the IT professionals all over the world. By passing this exam, they have earned international recognition and joined the few elite Microsoft Certified Professionals internationally”, Imna Imchen, Managing Director Cosyne Career Institute informed in a press communiqué.
According to Cosyne, this Certification is recognized and valid all over the world. “These students and their mentors have placed Nagaland on the IT map. Very soon, we will have many more IT professionals from Nagaland, generating enough manpower to fill the growing demands all over the world” said the MD of Cosyne, India. “The credit of the students' achievement goes to Cosyne instructors Ochen and Onger,” said CEO of Cosyne, Atlanta.
More students are preparing to excel in other Microsoft Professional exams at CCI. Cosyne has instituted a unique grassroots model whereby the students who have already been certified become mentors to other students.
Cosyne is also leading the students in obtaining multiple certifications. As part of the ‘Youth Empowerment’, this program is supported and financed by the Chief Minister. In the next few months, all graduating students from Cosyne will be placed in various IT fields in Mangalore, Guwahati, Kohima and Dimapur. In July, some students will leave for Mangalore as Technical Support Specialists. By August, a select group of students will join another IT company.
