Dimapur, October 26 (MExN): Regional Ayurveda Research Centre (RARC), Dimapur conducted a series of programmes on October 24 and 25.
As a part of countdown programme to the ‘4th Ayuurveda Day Celebrations,’ Ayurveda Day was held to create awareness about Ayurveda among the general public along with distribution of medicinal plants saplings to attendees on October 25. Dr P Srinivas, Research Officer In-Charge of RARC, Dimapur who inaugurated the event also motivated the public to use Ayurveda in their daily life. Around 25 – 30 participants attended the programme.
RARC Dimapur conducted ‘Walkathon’ on October 24 from RARC, CMO Building, Dimapur to District Hospital and back. The event was inaugurated by Dr T Pangjung Sangtam CMO, District Hospital Dimapur along with Dr P Srinivas, Around 50 to 60 participants from RARC Staff, CMO Staff, CRU Staff and Integrated Medicine staff took part.
