Message for sportspersons
In his message for the sportspersons of Nagaland, Er Neikha told them to enjoy the time with their family.

“Spend quality time with your family and siblings. After all, it is because of the support of your family that you are having an opportunity to make sports as a career,” he said.

It is time to give back to them by helping them with their chores, talking with them and being happy rather than cribbing about the current situation and being lonely.”

 Reset your goals
“Think positive and reset your goals. Training will start as soon as the situations improve. There will be even more competitions than before,” he added.

Asking sports persons to maintain regular exercise, he also told them to make the best use of their time by watching various sports videos and top athletes of various disciplines.

By watching such videos, one can learn the tactics of the top players and “analyze your strengths and weaknesses and areas you want to improve.”
