Nagaland registered 10 fresh COVID-19 positive cases Sunday afternoon taking the total State’s tally from the infection to 988.
“Out of 79 samples tested, 10 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed. 6 in Kohima, 2 in Mokokchung & 1 each in Dimapur & Longleng,” Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom updated on Twitter.
The Minister, however, did not specify whether the cases were detected from quarantine centres or otherwise.
With this, the total caseloads in the state is just 12 away from the 1000-mark and the status at 1PM, July 19 stood at: Total – 988; Active – 556; and Recovered - 432.
