COVID-19: Nagaland registers 15 more recoveries 

Total cases at 535: 338 active, 197 ‘recovered’

Nagaland registered 15 more recoveries Thursday evening bringing down the number of active cases from 353 earlier in the day to 338. 


“15 more COVID-19 +ve patients have recovered. 12 from Kohima, 2 from Dimapur & 1 from Peren,” Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom updated on Twitter in the evening.


Earlier, the state recorded 34 new cases taking the total COVID-19 positive count to 535, with 353 officially designated as active while the rest -182, recovered.


With the 15 new recoveries, however, the active cases, as per the latest update on July 2, declined to 338 while the number of recoveries increased to 197.
