The Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) in association with Chakhesang doctors conducted a medical camp in Tizu area, Phek district last week.
The medical camp covered K Khuno, Kizari, Kotisu, Suthosu and Tehephu villages and treated 293 persons with various ailments.
It also attended two bed ridden patients at Suthotsu on November 16. Free medicines were also distributed to the people.
Meanwhile, CPO general secretary Mutsivoyi Kotso acknowledged the support of Mission Director NHM and Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Nagaland for providing vehicles, including ambulance, medicines and financial assistance from NHM for the camp.
