A crude bomb was recovered beneath a tree located around 200 yards away from Jain Temple and SD Jain School and College here around 10:00 am on March 15. The Police along with the Bomb Disposal & Detection Squad (BDDS) team diffused the bomb within few minutes after they arrived at the site, according to the Police. Meanwhile, eye witnesses said they found the bomb lying underneath the tree as they were proceeding to Jain Temple for prayers. Police informed that investigation is on to nab the culprit(s).
