CSU honour Miss Universe Nagaland 2025 Kelülü Dawhuo

The Chakhesang Students' Union (CSU) hosted a felicitation programme in honour of Kelülü Dawhuo, Miss Universe Nagaland 2025. Held at East Gate Hotel, Kohima on June 21, the event celebrated her remarkable achievement and recognised her as a powerful inspiration for the youth and women of the Chakhesang community.

The programme was chaired by Kuzoto Swuro, General Secretary of the CSU and commenced with a prayer by Rev Z David Koza, Executive Secretary, CCCRC.

Pfhülo Sara, President CSU, highlighted the broader significance of Kelülü's success-emphasizing cultural pride, personal perseverance, and self-confidence. He described her as a beacon of hope and pride for the entire Chakhesang community.

Kelülü Dawhuo expressed gratitude for the unwavering support she received throughout her journey.

Her mentor, Pewe Tunyi Khamo, paid a tribute to her dedication and character, offering personal insights into her growth and determination.

Lipokzulu Lemtur, General Secretary of Beauty and Aesthetics Society of Nagaland and Zhonelü Tunyi, President, Chakhesang Mothers' Association, praised Kelülü's grace, discipline, and commitment to advocating positive change and women's empowerment. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Aveto Resüh, President, Thenyizumi Students' Union.
