CHÜMOUKEDIMA, FEBRUARY 9 (MExN): The Chümoukedima Town Council (CTC) has informed all business establishments under its jurisdiction that renewal of trade licences and fresh registration of firms will be carried out from February 8 till April 30. In an order issued by the CTC, all business establishments have been directed to regularise or renew their trade licences as per the provisions of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001.
The order stated that the directive is issued under Chapter I, Section 124(1)(h) of the Act, and warned that failure to comply would invite strict action against defaulters in accordance with the provisions of the law.
