Officials of CWA, CRWA & representatives from CTBC at the Chozuba Local ground on June 24 after a site preliminary verification was conducted for the 24th Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA) championship 2024.
DIMAPUR, JUNE 24 (MEXN): In view of the upcoming 29th edition of the Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA) championship 2024, a coordination meeting between officials of Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA), Chozuba Range Wrestling Association (CRWA) and the Chozuba Town Baptist Church (CTBC) was held on June 24 at the conference hall, CTBC.
According to a press statement issued by CWA general secretary, Kuzhovesa Soho, during the meeting, planning, execution, logistics, terms and conditions for the event were deliberated and appraised of. A deed of agreement was also signed.
It was decided that a seating capacity of around 20,000 spectators would be prepared and parking lot facility for 4,000 vehicles made available. Ground site preliminary verification was also carried out right after the meeting.
The CWA said the 29th edition of the CWA is expected to draw the largest turn out of spectators. Accommodation facilities for at least 2000 visitors are also being prepared, it added.
