DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 17 (MExN): The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (Chang Students’ Conference) on Tuesday announced to initiate 2nd phase of agitation by shutting down all the government departmental offices within the district from October 18 onwards till their demands are fulfilled. In a notification issued to the Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, the CWS stated that the Department of Higher Technical Education failed to provide any assurance or fulfil their demands after a deliberation was held via video conferencing on October 16 with the Commissioner & Secretary, Higher and Technical Education, Nagaland on the charter of demands. CWS has been demanding the department to address their charter of demands which include deployment of principal, teaching faculties, allocate college bus, upgrade science laboratory.
