Dimapur, June 25 (MExN): The NSCN-IM asserts to Naga Vigil’s David Ward that it is a “people-based organization” and “Naga national principle-based” as such there should be no doubts about it.
“We bear no ill-will and prejudice towards any British, even Mr. David Ward the coordinator of the so-called Naga Vigil” stated an MIP issue. But he is a “mischief” to the Nagas’ politics, the NSCN-IM states. “We feel that Mr. David ward has no reason to pick a quarrel with the Nagas who have neither stolen even a needle from him nor are indebted to him at all. But we wonder how he is hell bent on doing mischief to the Naga politics” the MIP stated.
Claiming that the NSCN-IM is “mandated by the Naga people,” People-based” and “Naga national principle-based” the MIP maintained that the Naga Vigil not recognizing the NSCN-IM is “ridiculous.” “Does the Naga nation require the recognition of a British convict? It is immaterial for the Nagas whether your ‘vigil’ recognizes NSCN or not” it stated adding that the Naga issue is not a game of the “common criminal.” He should discipline his mouth “which is too wicked to speak the truth” the NSCN-IM stated while asserting that the outfit has “not killed innocent persons as alleged by you.” He is only ‘distorting the facts’ in order to please the adversaries of the Nagas on one hand and making money out of the other, the MIP stated. “You must not compel us to open the Pandora Box” the NSCN-IM added.
