DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 23 (DIPR): The DC & DEO, Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan has informed that facilitation centres manned by the DLMTs for doubt clearing on EVM/VVPAT and poll process will be set up in the office complex of the DC&DEO, Kohima on February 24, 2018 from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm as follows: Centre 1 - Conference Hall DRDA Centre 2 - Ground Floor Treasury North, Kohima Centre 3 - Ground Floor, Pensioner Office Building Centre 4 - First Floor Pensioner Office Building. On February 26, 2018, 2 (two) facilitation centres will be opened on the ground floor of the DC’s Office, Kohima. All the Polling Officials of Kohima district deployed for Election duty has therefore been informed to avail the service of the facilitation centre for last minute doubts on EVM/VVPAT and poll process.
Scrutiny of form17A for political parties
DC&DEO, Dimapur, Sushil Kumar Patel, in a notification has informed all the political parties of the intending candidates from Dimapur that scrutiny process of Form 17A and other documents shall be conducted on February 28, 2018. The scheduled timings for the scrutiny are as follows (i) 1 Dimapur I - R.O. of Dimapur I office chamber, DC Office, Dimapur at 11 am; (ii) 2 Dimapur II- DC office Chamber, DC office Dimapur at 11:30 am, (iii) 3 Dimapur III- R.O. of Dimapur III office chamber, DC Office, Dimapur at 12 noon, (iv) 4 Ghaspani I- VC Room, NIC office, 2nd floor, DC Office, Dimapur at 11am, (v) 5 Ghaspani II- Computer Room, NIC, 2nd floor, DC Office, Dimapur at 11:30 am.
