Dimapur, July 8 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur has informed all the landowners and beneficiaries of the villages affected by the proposed Dimapur bypass 4 lane road from Chumukedima/Patkai Bridge to Kushiabill village that the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has sanctioned the 2nd installment of the compensation amount.
Accordingly, the second phase payment of compensation for land, building and other items will be made at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur as scheduled: Seithekiema villages (Plat No. 23 to Plot No. 75) on July 13 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm; Seithekiema villages (Plot No.76 to Plot No 118) and Chumukedima Block-1 (Plot No.1) on July 13 from 1:30 pm onwards.
Therefore, the affected landowners/beneficiaries concerned of the above villages have been directed to come in person to collect their respective cheques at the specified time and date. Meanwhile, Head GBs/Chairmen, a member of the village councils concerned were informed to be physically present for identification of landowners and beneficiaries during disbursal of cheques of their respective village. Failing which, payment will be withheld. The mandatory documents required to be furnished by the beneficiaries are: ID Proof, Bank Passbook, passport photos (5 copies), original land documents (Jamabandi/patta passbook etc).
