Dimapur, June 21 (MExN): Dr Tinojongshi Chang, NCS, Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur has informed that voting through postal ballot for voters on election duty will be held on June 24 at the Conference Hall, Commissioner of Taxes, Dimapur starting at 8:00 am. Eligible voters who’s Form 13 has been accepted can vote by presenting valid ID proof. He informed that political parties should send authorized representatives for their candidates, and independent candidates should appoint one representative to observe the process from start to sealing of the postal ballot. He requested that the representatives are to report by 7:50 am.
