Kohima, December 3 (DIPR): The Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Rovilatuo Mor, IAS, has informed that the generation of Unique Identification Number (UIN) for every existing Arms License has been extended till March 30, 2017. In this regard, all the existing Arms License holders registered in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima have been directed to update their license and submit the NDAI form on or before 15th March 2017.
All Arms License holders should submit the following supporting documents for authentication during submission of NDAL form: two (2) recent passport photographs; Photocopy of the Arms License; Any one (1) I.D. proof of the Arms License holder issued by the Government (e.g Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Electoral Photo Identity Card etc.); Birth Certificate/I.D. Card or any education certificate which states the D.O.B Photocopy of the Arms License.
The DC also directed all Arms License holders who have submitted the NDAL form for generation of Unique Identification Number (UIN) in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima to submit their Arms License in original for pasting of the UIN Stickers. A fee of Rs. 50/- will be realized per license.
