LONGLENG, MAY 21 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Longleng has informed all dog owners of Longleng town to confine and chain their dogs to prevent them from straying into quarantine centers
“Necessary action will be initiated against the defaulters as per relevant provisions of the National Disaster Management Act 2005 and also Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code,” an order from the DC stated.
