Longleng, May 18 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner Longleng, M Shayung Phom has informed all the parents and guardians of the returnees from outside the state to report at the COVID-19 War Room with effect from May 18 for the purpose of signing an ‘undertaking on quarantine.’
The parents and guardians are also asked to submit the following items to be used by their child, children or relatives during the quarantine period: Blankets, Pillows, Mattress, Bed sheets and pillow covers, buckets and mugs and Mosquito net (if available) or contact COVID-19 War Room numbers: 9612338646 or 7085961147 for any queries.
The DC Longleng also informed all the village council chairman and ward presidents of Longleng town to report the new arrivals of new person/persons at their respective jurisdiction to COVID-19 War Room contact number “as it is anticipated that they will be coming from the red zones which is highly vulnerable for infection to COVID-19.”
