MOKOKCHUNG, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has granted permission to JKM Infra Works LLP, a company based in Guwahati to carry out stone blasting for the widening of a road. The blasting will take place at the construction site of a two-lane road between DEF Police Church and Yisemyong along NH 61 (New NH 02) in the Angetyongpang Tzu River area on March 4 between 3 PM and 10 PM.
The permission is granted under specific conditions, including the contractor's responsibility to ensure the safety and security of public life and property in the area. JKM Infra Works LLP is also required to comply with all relevant regulations under the Explosives Act/Rule, 2008, and will be held accountable for any damage to life or property during the process. This permission is valid until March 4, 2025.
