Peren, October 10 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Peren, S. Tainiu, in a notification has informed all the Arms License holders of Peren District that the Ministry of Home Affairs has launched the National Database of Arms License (NDAL) which is currently being implemented. According to DPRO Peren, the NDAL is an online web category of Arms License and the data of Arms License is required to be fed online each time a license is issued or renewed, further the system generates a unique Identification Number (UID) for each license holder which will be subsequently pasted on the License and for office record. In order to complete the tasks and avoid inconveniences to the Licenses the last date for completion of the exercise has been re-extended to March 31, 2019.
Therefore, all arms license holders of the District issued and registered by the DC office have been requested to follow the following directives: Arms License holders who have not renewed are directed to renew and update in the system before the last date; Arms license holders who have renewed and haven't submitted for sticker paste are directed to deposit the License to the office for the same; Arms License holders who have deposited and have not collected are directed to come along with two passport photos of the License holder.
Failing to comply with the directives, the DC Office would not entertain any complain and queries after the last date and the License shall stand invalid as per the implementation of NDAL.
