DC Peren notifies on International Women’s Day celebration

Peren, March 1 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peren, Sentiwapang Aier has informed that under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Peren district will be celebrating ‘International Women’s Day’ on March 8 by conducting various awareness and sensitization programmes and functions from March 2 onwards.

The week-long celebration will consist of different activities organized across all the sub-divisions of the district on the theme “I am Generation Equality.’’

In this regard, all the stakeholders in the district are requested to extend their proactive co-operation during the week celebrating womanhood and the girl child.
