PHEK, AUGUST 31 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Phek, John Tsulise has informed that the Medical Department, Phek will be conducting house to house headcount surveys w.e.f September 1, 2024 under Phek town in order to collect data for routine immunization, micro planning, non-communicable disease, TB, Leprosy etc for the year 2024-2025.
Therefore, all are requested to cooperate and assist the Medical Department for the successful conduct of the survey.
