Tseminyu, January 29 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Japheth Woch has on January 29 informed to all concerned that Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, in collaboration with District Administration Tseminyu, Health & Family Welfare Department and Social Welfare Department, will be conducting assessment camp for the disabled person and Senior citizens (age 60 above).
An update received here informed that the camp will be held at PHC Chunlikha on February 9 for the villages of Kithagha, Chunlikha, Tsonsa, K Station, Kandinu, Yikhanu, Ehunnu and Gukhanyu.
Likewise, it informed that the camp at PHC Tesophenyu will be held on February 10 for the villages of Tesophenyu, Sewanu, Ziphenyu and Tesophenyu New.
It stated that on February 11, the camp will be held at CHC Tseminyu for the villages of Tseminyu, Zisunyu, Phenda, Ngvuphen, South Village, Phenwhenyu, Guju, Kashanyu, Kashanyishin, Terogvunyu, Henbenji, Khonibinzun, Phenshunyu, Khenyu, Tsonzunphen and Phentejon.
Furthermore, it informed that the camp at Well Sub-Centre, Sendenyu will be held on February 12, for the villages of Sendenyu, Thongsunyu, Lotsuphen, New Sendenyu and Rumesinyu.
It mentioned that the final camp at Sub-Centre Tsosinyu will be held on February 13 for the villages of Tsosinyu, Gwachonlo, Longwesunyu and Rengmaoani.
The DPO & CDPO, Social Welfare has been requested to inform Anganwadi workers for mobilization of PwDs & Senior Citizens (age 60 above), while the SMO has been instructed to inform all PHCs & CHC Sub-Centre for mobilization to make necessary arrangements.
At the same time, it has also directed the Village Council Chairmen to inform the general public in their respective Villages to avail the benefits.
Meanwhile, it further informed that the required documents under AIDP Schemes are UDID card mandatory, Disability Certificate with at least 40 percent disability, enrollment numbers of UDID, Disability Card, Income Certificate (monthly income not exceeding Rs 22500) issued by the District Administration, and Aadhaar card (linked to phone number).
Required documents under RVY schemes: Income certificate (monthly income not exceeding Rs 15000) issued by the District Administration and Aadhar Card (age 60 above).
