Wokha, September 4 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Orenthung Lotha has notified that as per Chief Engineer, PWD (NH) Nagaland, regarding the widening of the existing single/intermediate lane road to 2 lane road from KM 72.40 to KM 83.00 on NH-61 under Wokha district, the assessment of the damaged properties made earlier have been declared null and void vide DC Office orderNO.DCW/LR-15/NH-2/2018/979-3 dated June 22, 2020.
Therefore, in this regard, the assessment of the damage compensation of the structures likely to be effected along the project stretch (KM 72.40 to KM 83.00) will be carried out by the committee constituted on September 2 as per the schedule given below:
• Niropen Gate- PWD colony on September 14 at 8:00 am
• PWD colony- Police point on September 15 at 8:00 am
• Police point- NST colony on September 16 at 8:00 am
• NST colony- Hammock Resort on September at 8:00 am
Therefore, all the concerned village council chairman, colony chairman and GBs along with the land owners have been requested to be present on the schedule date and are requested to co-ordinate and extend cooperation to the survey team.
