The Dimapur District Taekwondo Association has selected a 44-member for the upcoming 35th Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2025 cum Under-14 ‘Catch Them Young’ Tournament.
DIMAPUR, JULY 26 (MExN): The Dimapur District Taekwondo Association (DDTA) has selected a 44-member contingent comprising 40 players, two team coaches and two team managers for the upcoming 35th Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2025 cum Under-14 ‘Catch Them Young’ Tournament, to be held in Longleng from July 29 to 31.
The team was shortlisted following the 24th Dimapur District Taekwondo Championship 2025, held from June 5 to 7.
In preparation for the state-level event, DDTA also conducted a ten-day coaching camp for the selected players from July 16 to 26 at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School Ground, Dimapur. Dimapur District had emerged runners-up in the 34th Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship 2024 held in Phek.
