Yimti Yong Dang: Resentment over late results deferred by the Nagaland University has altered a total wastage of time and money filling up of enrollment exam forms and also booking tickets etc to proceed next preparation. The problem lies in the fact that other colleges started asking to appear exam where as we are still waiting for our undergraduate results, perplexed by the slow system whether to wait for our results or to gear forward.
The University of Delhi has already started issuing online registration forms and other universities as well, entrance test will be sweeping out in a few weeks time! Now we are facing anxiety left with no time since we are anxiously waiting for our semester results of which there has been no news so far. And now the anxiety over results threatens to spoil our peaceful psyche!
Sir, I on behalf of all the aggrieved students oblige your competency to declare the UG results at the earliest possible manner so to equip oneself to any kind of examination at the right time. And for future convenience please make some changes with the semesters examination system like how other universities are doing for the betterment of all Naga students in the race of educational realm.
The blame game of the Nagas taking its toll in building unity
TK Savanai: The civil society expresses anger against the state leaders, government official, politicians and UG. The youths, students and intellectual over act as though they can build our society in a day when in actual they don't want to bend once for the cause of Nagas. But in actual, isn't it the students leaders, youths and intellectual more divided and corrupted? What is the point when no solution has been brought forth by the student and civil organisations if they keep criticizing those old leaders who sweat for Naga future?
Why we don't succeed? Always bringing personal grudges and hatred in forming the government, parties, organisations and others movement.
Embarrassing one another, defaming one after the other. Discriminating people from various sections, background and areas one live.
We are divided, because one politician go against the other, one students leader against the other, one social workers against the other? What good has anyone done with his/her examples.
Personal matters and hatred should have never been brought in any organization risking the peaceful coexistence of the society at large. Isn't it money power and corruption that rule us? Where is the fair competition, where is the equality in terms of leadership? Where is the space given to genuine leaders who want to contribute for Naga cause and in developing our society? Where are the human rights activists who can bravely sacrifice for the Nagas without any hesitation? Be it government jobs, political appointment, students’ election, UG promotions and in various Naga organisation, all we see is mishandling of power, corruption and discrimination against each tribe.
Also, we can clearly see how divided even through various Facebook groups and page. Most of the admin themselves are showing their own pride and ego. For once, I can even prove how discriminating the youths, various social movement leaders and Facebook admin to the Nagas from other states.
How can someone who has never gone through any Naga history book talk about development and unity? Everyday we see bloggers hurting, hating, mocking, demoralising each other showing incompetency to be a future leaders. We see people attacking church and church leader instead of being an example if they want change.
Who is responsible for the downfall of our existence?
Don't tell me you write English well, you hold apple I phone and laptop which makes you smarter? Don't tell me you have a bungalow, a luxurious car that you are capable of being superior and destroy the society. Don't tell you are from big tribe, big village so you have power, don't tell me you can blindfold every money lovers and dictate the peace lovers creating enmity among them.
All the young leaders and intellectuals, who cares where you come from and in what manners, if all you do is stir up problem and keep weaving hatred among various individuals and group. If holding a file, clicking picture with different personalities, and manipulating the innocent people make you great leaders, remember they will revolt against you once truth is out.
Those senior leaders and politicians are mocked everyday and judged. This is how we are drowning each day. The past grudges and jealousy is ruining all the hope and freedom of livelihood. It is you the present young leaders, students and youth who will suffer not from outside enemy but among yourselves if individual problem become agenda in our society leadership. Everything is so blurry everywhere except the money purse.
