ANDMSA Dimapur demands CRC for recruiting Grade III LDA and above
DIMAPUR, JUNE 14 (MExN): The All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA), Dimapur Unit today demanded that Grade III LDA and above post recruitment should be openly advertised through the NPSC and Common Recruitment Policy (CRC) and Common Service Rules for all departments immediately.
A press note from the Dimapur unit of the ANDMSA stated that this needs to be done so that the existing problems faced by the District and Directorial ministerial employee like absence of common service rules & its benefit, inequality of pay band and structure, non-adherence of en-carderment policy, non- uniformity in cadre structure, deformity in promotion and retention policy, non up-gradation & downsizing of head assistance post etc may be solved.
It further acknowledged the recent revelation on appointment anomalies in Health & Family Welfare Department, by the Nagaland Voluntary Consumer Organization through RTI and the immediate intervention the H&FW Department & Minister of H&FW and the response of the P&AR with modification of its pre-existing rules on appointment norms, “banning all kinds of Contract/ Casual/Temporary/Work-charge, Henceforth.”
However, it also viewed that the departmental appointment anomalies cannot be resolved until and unless recruitment norms of departmental examination is totally changed to Common Recruitment Policy through NPSC for grade III- LDA and above. “Since the practice of departmental examinations does not prove much justice to the merit educated un-employee youth of Nagas.”
The ANDMSA hoped that the Government of Nagaland, Personnel & Administrative Reform, Nagaland Public Service Commission, and Committee for framing District & Directorate service Rules would act on this appeal.
