Newmai News Network Imphal | April 9 The All Tribal Student Union Manipur (ATSUM) today said that the proposed rally on the ‘demand for native Chief Secretary’ has been postponed to April 17. The rally was earlier was scheduled for April 10 Incidentally, several students’ organization on April 7 had staged sit-in protest demanding that a "deserving senior most local IAS officer" should be appointed as Chief Secretary of Manipur. A rally on ‘demand for native Chief Secretary’ was scheduled on April 10.
