Kohima, July 1 (MExN): All concerned officers under the establishment of the District Education Officer, Kohima are informed on the Tentative Seniority List of Gazetted Officers under Elementary and Secondary Cadre as on July 1, 2019 that the list is prepared in pursuance to the judgment in the matter of WP (C)No.52(K)/2015 dated September 14, 2018 and the principles as laid down in the judgment in the matter of WP (C) No.177 (K)/2014 and WP (C) No.178(K)/2014.
Y Mary Zhimomi, DEO Kohima in a press release informed that claims and objections, if any, may be submitted on or before July 20.Applications/representations received after the expiry of the last date shall not entertained. The DEO shall ensue that the Tentative Seniority List is circulated to all District level Officers for dissemination to all concerned under their control, Zhimomi stated.
She added that all concerned officers are informed to check the Tentative Seniority List currently available at the office of the undersigned and satisfy themselves within the stipulated time should any claim(s) and objection(s) arise.
