Medziphema, December 4 (MExN): Medziphema departmental co-ordination meeting took place at the ADC office on December 4, chaired by ADC Thsuvisie Phoji. The meeting had discussion regarding the policy for restricting the use of plastics in Nagaland with a view to eradicate the menace of plastic and the serious environmental and ecological challenges posed by rampant use of plastics. It also deliberated on how the administration in co-ordination with the village councils and municipal bodies will be sensitized to take proactive action for discouraging use of plastics in Medziphema subdivision. The meeting also discussed some important issues regarding Medziphema subdivision. All heads of offices under Medziphema attended the meeting.
