DGBR visits Nagaland and Manipur

Dimapur, July 21 (MExN): Director General Border Roads (DGBR) Lt Gen Suresh Sharma, AVSM concluded his four days visit to Manipur and Nagaland on July 21. During the visit, he visited major roads and also met local formation commanders. He was accompanied by A K Bhatnagar, Chief Engineer Project Sewak.   The DGBR called on the Governor of Nagaland PB Acharya, and interacted with him on various issues concerning development of roads. Encroachments, unabated quarrying on NH and water logging of the roads is an issue which needs attention of administration and local bodies as opined by the DGBR. Increase productivity and better quality are his Key Result Area.   This was stated in a press release issued by Col SP Yadava, Cdr, 15 Border Roads Task Force.
