CMO Longleng Dr Tiasunep with MO's and Programme Officers at the first quarter review meeting held on June 13.

LONGLENG, JUNE 13 (MExN): The District Health Society (DHS) Longleng conducted its first quarter financial year review meeting at CMO Conference Hall on June 13.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr Tiasunep emphasized on report and record keeping and to give priority to monitoring and supervision of all the health units and health facilities and timely reporting by health units. He also stated that reports should be properly verified by the concern reporting health units and block MO's before submission to district and state headquarter.
Also, inorder to increase the department’s ability to achieve overall goals if any issue arises during reporting, one should report to higher authority for immediate redress, the CMO added.
Vertical programme reporting and data accuracy in between concern programs and health management information system were discussed one after another by respective DPO's which include NVBDCP, NTEP, IDSP and Adolescent Health. The review meeting was attended by all Medical Officers (MO's) and Programme Officers.
