DHS Mokokchung holds review meeting

Mokokchung, October 5 (MExN): To discuss the gaps and suggestions, review meeting of District Health society Mokokchung was held at the CMO, Conference hall on September 27.

A report from the DPMU unit, CMO office Mokokchung stated that reviewing the activities in the different health units under Mokokchung District , Dr R Chubala Aier CMO stressed on the visit to the sub-centre at least once a month and supervise the ANMs and health workers in maintaining different registry.

Deputy CMO expressed on the importance of reporting and recording of the different health activities implemented. He also added that measures should be taken to vaccine wastage.

The DIO also expressed about measures to stop wastage of vaccine. ASHAs must be motivated and well acquainted with their assured incentives and also the necessity of thee capacity building training as they are the moderator in the health delivery system.

NHP and UNDP team member highlighted about their ongoing programmes and different Health units also presented in power point their activities, gaps and challenges.

The programme was chaired by CMO and attended by Deputy CMO, programme officers, SMOs, MOs, members from different programmes, DPMU, DAPCU and health personnel.
