Dimapur, January 10 (MExN): Dimapur Autorickshaw Drivers Union today observed ‘black flag day’ in Dimapur as a sign of respect to late Baijnath Sahni, an auto rickshaw driver who was murdered by unknown miscreants earlier this month. All auto drivers in Dimapur tied black flags on their autorickshaws, as directed by the union. Sahni was plundered and his dead body recovered by police on January 3. The police have still not been able to nab the perpetrators. The union has resolved to continue to pursue for justice. It has demanded the arrested of the culprits at the earliest and they be punished according to law. The union had earlier stated that Sahni was the sole bread earner supporting his entire family.
