DIMAPUR, JANUARY 21 (MExN): The Dimapur Bengali Samaj has asked all members of the community to celebrate the Pran Pratishtha of Bhagwan Shree Ram on January 22 by lighting lamps and flags. “We have got this opportunity after five centuries of sacrifice and struggle of lakhs of people. We are fortunate and blessed to be part of such a momentous occasion,” a press release from Adv KK Paul, President, Dimapur Bengalo Samaj stated. It further requested all to keep their commercial and business premises closed up to 2:00 pm and participate in celebrations socially and individually. “Please ensure safe and respectful removal of flags after the celebrations,” it meanwhile added.
