DIMAPUR, APRIL 19 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome today issued a public notice to landowners regarding payment and compensation for construction of Dimapur Bypass 4 Lane from Kushiabill village to Chumukedima/Patkai Bridge. The DC informed that payment of land and other compensation to affected villages of Kushiabill, Zani, Henivi, Khughovi, Nihoto, Khekhokhu, Showuba, Xelhozhe, Seithekiema villages and Chumukedima town block 1 under Dimapur district has already been completed. The notice therefore directed all concerned private landowners and other government/non government agencies to clear up/vacate the said acquired land within one month from issue of this notice. It stated that thereafter the acquired land would be taken possession of by the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited for construction of the Dimapur Bypass lane immediately without any further notice.
