Dimapur, November 22 (MExN): Chairperson of District Disaster Management Authority and Dimapur Deputy Commissioner, Rajesh Soundararajan has ordered temporary sealing of a house located in Thahekhu Block 1, Dimapur for 48 hours with immediate effect on November 21, to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Any person violating the containment measures will be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 and 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 besides legal action under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, stated the DC’s order which was received here on Sunday.
