DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 29 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur has ordered total restriction of all movement national highway - 29 from Chathe River Bridge (Patkai Bridge) to Kukidolong stretch from 7:00am on November 1 till 5:00am on November 2.
A circular issued by the DC informed that this will be done in order to facilitate the progress of the four lane construction work and in the interest of public safety.
The circular informed the public to take the alternate route from Dimapur-Kohima/Kohima-Dimapur for light vehicles only via 7th Mile-New DC Office-Shokhuvi-Razaphe-Mhaikam-Pimla-Mhainamtsi-Jhornapani/Medziphema and vice versa.
