Dimapur, April 20 (MExN): A meeting of the District Development Coordination Committee (DISHA) was held at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur on April 20.
According to a press release issued by the DC Dimapur, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Tokheho Yepthomi who also chaired the meeting advised all the members to implement the Centrally Sponsored Schemes under their departments with transparency.
During the meeting, presentations were given by the District Rural Development Agency and District Education Officer, Dimapur on the activities taken up by the department. PHED, PWD, (Road and Bridges), District Social Welfare Officer, Food and Civil Supplies, Lead Bank and District Horticulture officer also gave their reports.
The meeting also discussed their success stories and challenges on which Yepthomi, directed them to convey the issues discussed to their parent departments for necessary improvements.
