Dimapur, November 30 (MExN): The Dimapur District Football Premier League compromising of eight teams will commence from December 3, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the DDSC Stadium. A press note issued by Joseph Sumi, president DDFA stated that Basu Damani, general secretary, NPF Central office, treasurer Nagaland Cricket Association and a prominent businessman has consented to be the chief guest for the opening ceremony.
The DDFA further appeals to all soccer enthusiasts to come and witness the matches from Dec 3 to 13, 2011. It also mentioned that it welcomes the following members to its fold to strengthen its functioning and activities in the time to come. The new members are: C.K Bill Mech, N.Robin Kikon, Kuchi Zeliang and Lanaukaba Imchen.
