DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 19 (MExN): Dorians Society beat A1 Powerplay 2-1 in the ongoing Dimapur Football League on October 19. C Meren of Dorians scored the first goal in the 31st minute while the second goal came at 34thminute through a Powerplay own goal. Ohito of Powerplay scored a goal for his team through a header at the 39th minute but that was not enough to secure them any points. C. Meren was awarded the man of the match.
In the second match, P. Vizheto FC beat Chanan FC 3-1. Kato, Apeto and Inito of P. Vizheto scored a goal each at the 38th, 59th and 63rd minutes respectively. Crispin Kamson of Chanan FC scored the solitary goal for his club at the 51th minute. He was awarded man of the match. Tokugha of P. VIzheto and Philimon of Chanan were cautioned during the match.
Ayeto Ayemi, General Secretary of Nagaland Football Coaches Association was the match patron of the day.
