Dimapur gears up for 2nd December Fest

The 2nd December Fest would be held from December 16-17 with the objective of bringing different communities and denizens of Dimapur in one arena and bring out friendship for a healthy relationship and a better Dimapur

Addressing media persons at DMC office on November 20, the organizers said that the Fest has a twin objective of ‘festivity’ and ‘opportunity’ to be realized in multiple ways. They said that the event would provide unparalleled entertainment for the visitors through a multitude of events. 

The organizers also claimed that the extravaganza of traditional games, rock bands, dance performance, live shows and performance by young artists would fill the arena with enthrallment. Another objective of the event is to provide young and enterprising youth to reach out to the crowd through their products.

Additionally, there would also be various competitions like tug of war, bamboo stilt race, penalty shootout, art and photography competition. The event and competitions are open to all citizens of Dimapur. 

The Fest is being initiated by DMC and organized by A Better Dimapur Team.
