Dimapur gets one more Food chain

Undisputedly the fastest growing city in the State mainly in terms of new business openings, a franchisee of the national food chain, Kathi Junction was inaugurated in Dimapur on Monday at Midland, Dimapur.  

Kathi Junction is precisely located and joined with Grill Inn both of which are run by the same proprietor, Oka V. Chisho. It was dedicated by Pastor, Robert Kikon and inaugurated by Ani Yepthomi, Director, Junior Section, Livingstone Foundation Higher Secondary School.  

Interacting with pressmen, Oka said that the objective of opening a new food outlet was to provide affordable quality food to the people with rates equivalent to street foods. Providing 50-60 food items at the moment, the varied food prices start at Rs 40/-. The thriving entrepreneur, Oka said he wanted to let people have fine dining experiences with minimum expenses.  

Kathi Junction was awarded the best food franchise in India in the month of March 2018. The food outlet in Dimapur boasts of a Chef who has worked in Malaysia previously.  

The proprietor cited electricity problem as the biggest challenge for him while setting up the restaurant. Kathi Junction, a national food chain has more than 60 franchisees across the country.
