Dimapur, October 28 (MExN): Mega job fair was organized by Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Nagaland in association with District Skill Committee-District Administration Dimapur, Nagaland at District Agriculture Office, Dimapur on October 28.
It was graced by Sachin Jaiswal (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, chairman of the District Skill Committee, Dimapur as guest of honour, stated a DIPR report. Sachin Jaiswal urged the participants to adapt to the environment wherever they are posted.
Temjenkala Aier, CEO, Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt Ltd Nagaland said the mega job fair is a focused event with a vision to generate employment of candidates in the hospitality cruise and aviation space.
Being one of the leading training partners of the Tourism Hospitality Skill Sector Council, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and National Skill Development Corporation, the Consultancy continuously strives to identify aspiring youths from different parts of India and believes a job fair like this is the correct platform to bridge the gap between the educated unemployed youths and the industry. “This is the reason why this mega job fair is special and unique,” Aier asserted.
She also said that the district administration has been very instrumental in bringing about awareness of this event by helping and supporting them in launching social media and other media campaigns across the state.
Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt Ltd was formed in Kolkata on May 1, 2007, later, in 2018, the company came up with its 1st Skill Development Centre in Nagaland. Since then, it has trained and placed almost 5000 students across India & overseas. “This was made possible only because of the support that has had from the esteemed industry partners over the years and has signed MoUs with every industry partner across the country and overseas,” she noted.
Big companies and industry names like Delta Group, ITC Hotels Jio world center, Taj, Encalm, Strecis, and the Park took part in the mega job fair.
